Refund and Return Policy
Unfortunately due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene purposes, we DO NOT ACCEPT returns or offer refunds on any lip gloss purchases. All sales are final. However, if you've received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence upon recieving the package showing the damage/fault on the product. Once the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement product at no extra cost. Please note that replacements are the ONLY remedy available, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining high hygiene standards for all customers.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Any damage caused during delivery should be reported directly to the courier service.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by purchasing a return label, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
