We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:product or service availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraud.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping and Returns
Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to arrive. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Any damage caused during delivery should be reported directly to the courier service.
Returns are accepted only for clothing and jewelry, and must be requested within 5 days of receiving the item. Lipsticks and other cosmetic products are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
Refunds will only be issued if the returned items are in the same condition as when delivered.

We provide a full list of ingredients for each cosmetic product. It is your responsibility to review ingredient lists before use. If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care, or have known allergies or sensitivities, consult a physician before use.
b. Patch Testing & Skin Reactions:
We recommend conducting a patch test before using any new cosmetic product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. CrossThornsCo. is NOT responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other adverse effects caused by use or misuse of our products.
